  • eggs - 4
  • yoghurt - 2 1/2 cups (600 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups (600 g)
  • oil - 1 4/5 cups (450 ml)
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • jam - raspberries, blackberries and others

How to make

Beat the baking soda in the yoghurt.

Sift the flour and make a well in the middle, pour the bubbled yoghurt in it, plus the eggs and salt.

Stir with a fork, the mixture must not be too runny or too thick. When you scoop it with a spoon and put it in the frying pan it needs to stay in a round circle and not run.
