Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 16 oz (450 g)
  • peppers - 1 green + 1 red, large
  • carrots - 1 large
  • onions - 1 medium head
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • noodles - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • sauce
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp
  • rice vinegar - 4 tbsp
  • ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • honey - 2 tbsp
  • corn starch - 1 tbsp
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • marinade
  • eggs - 1 white
  • corn starch - 1 tbsp
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • rice vinegar - 3 tbsp

Preparation

Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Julienne the meat and stir it in the marinade.

Put in the fridge while you're cutting the vegetables. Cut them into strips but don't mix them together.

Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Braise the meat in 1 tbsp oil for about 10 min. Take it out. Braise the veggies separately, while adding a little oil if needed.

Make the noodles as directed on the package. Usually you have to pour boiling water over them and wait about 5 min.

When the last batch of veggies is ready, return the meat and all of the veggies to the pan, add the drained noodles and pour on the sauce.
