Ingredients

  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • oil - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp

Preparation

Pour the milk, oil, salt, sugar and mustard in a large jar.

Put an immersion blender in it all the way to the bottom and start blending at the lowest speed.

It will begin to thicken literally in a second, start pulling the blender slowly upward. Add the lemon juice and once absorbed, stop blending.find similar recipes here
