Ingredients

  • wheat - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • walnuts - 1 cup, ground
  • raisins - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • wheat starch - 1 packet, natural
  • lemon zest

Preparation

Boil the wheat until ready (the grains need to crack open). Strain it. Boil 2 cups water. Add the raisins and sugar.

Dissolve the starch with a little water and add it to the sugar syrup while stirring nonstop.

Add the boiled wheat and lemon zest to the starch.

Stir and distribute the mixture into suitable bowls. Serve with ground walnuts.find similar recipes here
