Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • sausages - 10, thin
  • beer - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • savory - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • basil - 2 bunches
  • salt - to taste
  • parsley

Preparation

Peel the potatoes, chop them coarsely and boil them 15 min. in salted water. Strain them and transfer to a rectangular tray. Sprinkle with the spices, salt to taste, finely chopped parsley and whatever you like.

Pour in the beer and oil as well. Arrange the thin sausages on top. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) until ready. If needed, pour in a little more water.

Serve with a green salad and cold beer.
