Ingredients

  • chicken steaks - 2
  • pickles - 2 - 3
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • processed cheese - 3 triangles
  • cheese - 4.5 oz (125 g)
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

Cut the chicken meat into thin and long strips - juliennes. Braise the meat in half the butter, add the salt and pepper.

In another pan, heat the remaining butter, add the pickles, mushrooms, ham (julienned) and leave to braise well.

Next, pour the meat in with the veggies and leave on the stove for 3-4 min., then add the processed cheese and stir until melted. Finally, add the cheese and cream.

Leave on the stove until boiling, then take off the heat.
