Ingredients

  • chili peppers - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • parsley - 1 large bunch
  • garlic - 1 head
  • marinade
  • wine vinegar - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml, ) or apple cider vinegar
  • salt - 2 tbsp
  • sugar - 6 tbsp
  • oil - 5 - 6 tbsp

Preparation

Wash the peppers and cut off the stems.

Roast them on both sides in a suitable container on the stove. Make the marinade by mixing the ingredients for it and boiling on the stove.

Arrange the peppers in jars, press them in tightly, while also adding pieces of garlic and the chopped parsley.
