Ingredients

  • cauliflowers - 28 oz (800 g) rosettes
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml) for frying
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Blanch the cauliflower in salted, boiling water for 7 min. Drain it.

Beat the eggs with the flour and a little salt. Heat the oil in a deep pan.

Bread the cauliflower rosettes in the eggs and flour and fry them on all sides until golden.
