"The next time you feel like eating something sweet but don`t have eggs in the fridge, don`t run to the store, simply try this amazing brownie instead."

Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 cups
  • cocoa - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • walnuts
  • topping
  • chocolate - 2
  • water - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • butter - or oil

How to make

Stir the ingredients together in a suitable bowl and pour the mix into a tray.

In a separate bowl, melt the chocolates with the water, butter or oil.

Bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven.

Pour the glaze on top and sprinkle with walnuts.
