Ingredients

  • dough
  • eggs - 2
  • oil - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups (600 g)
  • honey - 4 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tbsp
  • cinnamon - 1/2 packet
  • glaze
  • milk chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g) with nuts
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • coconut flakes - for sprinkling

Preparation

Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the oil, sugar and honey. Stir and add the flour, sifted with the cinnamon and baking soda.

Knead a soft dough that doesn't stick.

Divide up the dough into balls and roll them out into sheets. Cut out circles using a small glass.

Arrange the circles in a tray laid out with baking paper.

Bake briefly in a preheated oven - until slightly browned.

Take the baked gingerbread treats out and let them cool.

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a container in a water bath.

Dip the gingerbread treats in the chocolate and sprinkle them with coconut flakes.find similar recipes here
