Ingredients

  • bell peppers - 11 lb (5 kg)
  • garlic - 5 heads
  • parsley - 3 bunches
  • brine
  • oil - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • vinegar - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Clean the bell peppers of their seeds and stems and bake them in the oven.

Peel them once they cool.

Pack tightly into medium-sized jars, while alternating with garlic and parsley.

Boil the brine and strain it.
