Dissolve the yeast in the milk with the sugar and leave it aside. Sift the flour in a large bowl and make a well in it. In the well, pour in the yeast, 1 cup water, the salt, butter, yoghurt and beaten eggs.

Stir all the ingredients together and leave the dough at room temperature for 40 min. so it has time to double in volume. Roll out the risen dough with a rolling pin onto a floured surface, then cut into triangles.

Put salty or sweet filling in them and wrap into scones. Smear them with beaten egg yolks and arrange onto a floured and buttered tray. Bake in a preheated oven until ready.find similar recipes here
