In a tray, subsequently arrange the following: onions, tomatoes and round lemon slices. Sprinkle with black pepper, allspice, a little salt and 2-3 bay leaves.

Clean, salt and season the fish with the all purpose spice. Leave it in the fridge for 30 min.

Arrange it in the tray atop the other ingredients, pour in the wine, olive oil and a little water. Cover with foil and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 40 min.
