Ingredients

  • sauerkraut - 1 medium - sized head
  • mince - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • rice - 1 cup, boiled
  • chutney - 5 - 6 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • savory - 1 tbsp
  • cumin - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tbsp fresh
  • cabbage juice - 1 cup
  • oil

How to make

Braise the mince and once nearly ready, add the spices. Stir and add the chutney.

Then remove from the heat and add the rice. Stir well again.
