Smear the saj with oil and put it in the oven at 338°F (170 °C). Once it heats up, pour in a little more oil and add the chopped pork.

Once braised and ready, take it out into a plate. Add the chopped into crescents onions and garlic to the saj.

Once they're braised, add the carrot (boiled beforehand until semi-cooked). Add the peppers and after a few min. the mushrooms and spices as well.

Wait for all the products to cook well, while stirring periodically. Finally add the meat and fried potatoes. Stir and sprinkle generously with grated cheese.

Return to the oven for the cheese to melt. Garnish the saj dish with pickles and serve.find similar recipes here
