  • sauerkraut - 1 head
  • tomatoes - 2
  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • salt
  • cabbage soup - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup

How to make

Chop the sauerkraut finely into a tray. Wash and finely chop the tomatoes, add the tomato paste, oil, paprika and black pepper.

Stir well, taste it and if needed add more salt. Add the cabbage soup and tap water.

Stir well and put the tray in the oven to bake until ready.
