Peel the potatoes, wash and dice them.

Grate the carrot and onion and saute them in the oil. Once softened a bit, add water, the potatoes and finely chopped pepper.

Once the water comes to a boil, add the broth cube. Let the soup boil for 15 min. Then add in the vermicelli and spices. Leave it to finish boiling another 10-15 min. until the vermicelli is cooked.

Thickening agent: Beat the yolk with the yoghurt and vinegar.

Take the soup off the stove, add 4-5 ladles of it to the thickening agent and stir well.

Pour the prepared thickening agent into the soup and stir again. Leave it to simmer for another 2-3 min.find similar recipes here
