Ingredients

  • pork loins - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • black pepper - 1 tsp, ground
  • rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • honey - 2 tablespoons
  • corn starch - 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • champignons - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • carrots - 1
  • peppers - 1, green
  • zucchini - 1
  • onions - 1 head
  • potatoes - 2
  • parsley

How to make

Prepare the veggies by cleaning and cutting them - julienne the potatoes, cut the zucchini and carrots into strips, the mushrooms and pepper diagonally, the onions into crescents, the garlic finely.

Chop the pork into pieces, then into strips of about the same size.

Heat a deep pan on the stove; use a wok if you have one. Pour in the olive oil and turn the stove on to high, wait for it to heat up well and put the meat. Braise until golden while stirring.

Take the meat out but leave the oil in the pan. Then add the potatoes and carrots, braise them and cook for a few min., add the garlic and onions.

Stir and fry a few more min., add the pepper, mushrooms and zucchini. Stir again, braise 5 min., add the meat and lower the stove a bit. Fry until the veggies are ready but they need to remain slightly crunchy.

In a bowl, mix the vinegar, soy sauce, starch, black pepper and honey. Stir to a homogeneous mixture and pour it in to the meat and veggies.

Stir in order to season all the products in the pan. Let cook for a few min., stir and once it starts to thicken, remove from the stove.
