Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 3
  • cucumbers - 1
  • feta cheese - 4 oz (120 g)
  • corn - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) canned
  • red onions - 1 head
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2, boiled
  • peppers - 1
  • olive oil
  • lemons - the juice of 1
  • ham - 3.5 oz (100 g), chopped finely along with the cheese

How to make

Chop the tomatoes coarsely.

Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces along with the pepper.

Clean the onions and cut them finely.

Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters.

Dice the cheese.

Put all of the vegetables, corn, cheese and eggs in a bowl.

Stir carefully, pour on the olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt.
