Ingredients

  • butter - 1 cup (250 g)
  • oil - 1/4 cup
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 4 cups
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • baking powder - 1/2 packet
  • eggs - 1 white
  • jam - strawberry, for sticking them together
  • coconut flakes - for rolling in

How to make

Melt the butter at room temperature. Add the oil, egg white and vanilla. Add the sifted flour, powdered sugar and baking powder.

Knead a soft dough. Leave it for 20 min. in a cold area to harden.

Tear up the dough into small balls. Squash each one with a fork to shape it kind of like a shell.

Arrange the treats in a tray laid out with baking paper. Bake them in a preheated oven about 7-8 min.

Take the treats out and cool. Stick them together in pairs using the strawberry jam. Roll them in coconut flakes. Serve.
