How to make

Mix together the warmed liquid ingredients with the beaten egg white, salt and sugar. Put this in the bread maker's basket. Add the sifted flour and yeast.

Choose the white bread setting and start the bread maker. After it's done kneading, take the dough out (without turning the bread maker off) and roll it out into a thin sheet.

Cut 1 end of the sheet into strips 4″ (10 cm) long, smear the sheet with the pre-melted butter and sprinkle the grated feta cheese.

Wrap it into a roll and the roll into a spiral. Remove the beaters, smear the basket with a little butter and place the spiral-shaped loaf in it.

After the dough rises in volume and before you begin baking, smear the loaf with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle the seeds and leave the bread maker to finish.

The result is fantastic - a thread-soft loaf that smells amazing.
