Ingredients

  • eggs - 6
  • spinach - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Remove the roots of the spinach. Wash and cut it.

Heat the butter in a pan. Add the spinach and saute until it softens.

Break the eggs over the spinach, apart from one another. Cook 1-2 min. and flip over.
