Knead the mince with spices, based on which ones you like. I used green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, savory, black pepper, paprika and salt.

Make large balls and put them in an oiled tray. With an oiled or wet cup, make a hole in the middle and use your fingers to finish forming the nest.

Chop the zucchini into small cubes and braise it in a pan with a little oil and onions. Put zucchini, dill, black pepper and salt in each nest.

Put them to bake. Once baked a bit, break an egg into each and place 2 slices of tomato.

Return to the oven very briefly because you don't want the eggs to become too dry.
