Ingredients

  • macaroni - 1 pack
  • cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml) liquid + 1 small cup of sour cream
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • tomatoes - 3 small tomatoes
  • cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • butter - 1/3 cup (80 g)

How to make

Boil the macaroni, letting them remain slightly firm and drain them. Mix them with the spices and the tomatoes, chopped into thin round slices. Distribute them into clay pots or large tray.

Beat both creams and distribute them equally among the pots. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and put to bake for 10-15 minutes in a moderately heated oven.
