  • pineapples - diced 2 oz (50 g)
  • pineapple juice - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • sugar - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • cloves - minced 1 pinch
  • cinnamon - 1 pinch
  • coriander - 1 pinch
  • cardamom - 1 pinch

How to make

Cut the meat into cubes, fry in oil, add the coriander, cloves and finely chopped onion and fry for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add 1/3 cup of water and stew until soft.

Pre-cooked rice mixed with half the pineapple chunks. The meat and sauce are poured into a baking dish, pour rice on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and cardamom.

The remaining pineapple chunks are mixed with pineapple juice, sugar and then lightly caramelized. Pour the mixture over the rice.

Bake for about 10 minutes.
