"Warm and crunchy - the perfect cigars with potatoes and feta."

Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 11 triangular sheets
  • potatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cream cheese - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) fresh
  • eggs - 4
  • savory - 1 tsp, crumbled
  • parsley - 1 tsp, dry
  • breadcrumbs - for rolling
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Wash the potatoes and boil them. Peel, mash and let them cool.

Add the mashed feta cheese, cream cheese, break an egg on top and season with the spices. Stir until homogeneous.

Put filling along the wide part of each sheet, fold the edges inward and wrap into a roll.
