Antipasto with Red Peppers

Peel and cut the peppers into pieces. Add the crumbled feta cheese, cottage cheese, lemon juice and olive oil to them.

Blend briefly without making the texture too fine. You can leave coarse pieces of peppers, it actually looks even more beautiful that way.

Season with the spices and optionally add more lemon juice and olive oil. Stir well and serve in small bowls along with salty crackers or toast.
