Ingredients

  • quinces and apples - 2.87 lb (1.3 kg) / in total /
  • sugar - 4 1/5 cups (1 kg)
  • citric acid - 1 tsp

Preparation

The quinces and apples are skinned and cleaned of seeds. Grate them with the large side of a grater.

Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and citric acid and stir well.
