Ingredients

  • flour - 1 cup
  • oats - 1 cup pressed
  • coconut - 1 cup coconut
  • sugar - 1 cup brown
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • honey - 2 tablespoons or golden syrup
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • water - 2 tsp (boiling)

Preparation

Sift flour and mix it with oats, coconut and sugar. Melt butter with honey over low heat and add baking soda mixed with the boiling water.

Add liquid to the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour cookies with a spoon on a tray.

ANZAC biscuits can be put to bake in moderate oven, at 356°F (180 °C) for 15-20 minutes.
