Ingredients

  • bell peppers - 11 lb (5 kg).
  • carrots - 2 lb (1 kg).
  • cauliflowers - 2 heads
  • celery - 2 heads
  • oil - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • sugar - 2 cups (500 g)
  • black pepper - 1 packet
  • allspice - 1 packet
  • vinegar - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • salt - 12 tablespoons
  • water - 8 cups
  • bay leaf - 5

Preparation

Cut the sweet bell peppers, carrots, cauliflower and celery and distribute them into jars.

Boil the vegetable oil, sugar, black pepper, allspice, vinegar, sea salt and bay leaves in the water.
