"Aromatic pitas in muffin forms, this is how we`ll be starting our day."

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups white sifted
  • corn flour - 1 cup
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp or copper
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • cheese - 1 cup crumbled or more
  • eggs - 2
  • yogurt - 1 and 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/5 cup (60g) melted and cooled,
  • sesame seeds - 2 tbsp (optional)

How to make

Mix all dry ingredients together with the sesame seeds and mix them. Add crumbled cheese.

Separately beat the eggs with yogurt and oil with a wire whisk. Add the dry ingredients to the cheese and then to the egg mixture and stir well.

You should get a sticky dough. Using a large spoon and your fingers, pour the dough on a greased tray covered with baking paper and shape the rolls.

Put them to bake for about 35 minutes in a preheated to 360°F (180 °C) oven.

Check their readiness, because every oven is different.

Instead of a tray, you can use greased forms for muffins.

This way, you can make spectacular corn dodgers.
