Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • peppers - 3, red and green
  • green beans - 2/5 cup (100 g), canned
  • peas - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • corn - 4/5 cup (200 g), canned
  • mushrooms - 3 - 4
  • carrots - 1 - 2
  • eggplants - 1/2
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cream - 1 cup (250 ml), for cooking
  • processed cheese - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Cut the meat into bites and season with salt and black pepper. Cut the peppers and carrots into strips. Cut the mushrooms into slices, the eggplant into crescents.

Arrange the meat in the middle of an oiled tray. Around it, distribute the vegetables - first the mushrooms, then the peppers, carrots, eggplant, green beans, peas and corn.

Pour in a little water and oil and cover with foil. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) about 35 min. or until the meat and vegetables soften.

Remove the foil and arrange pieces of processed cheese on top. Pour on the cream and return to the oven for 5-6 min. for the cheese to melt.
