"If you`re going to hide your eggs, you may as well hide them in meatballs. That way everyone will be happy."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 7
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • breadcrumbs - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch, fresh
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • savory
  • cumin
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)

How to make

Boil 6 eggs.

Put the mince in a bowl or deep container. To it add the spices, chopped parsley, flour and 1 unboiled egg. Knead well.

Cover each of the boiled eggs with thus prepared mince. You'll make it easier for yourself if you wet your hands with cold water.

Place the wrapped eggs in a baking tray covered with baking paper in a 360°F (180 °C) oven.

Once they gain a golden crisp, take them out, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 5 min.

Lettuce salad is a suitable garnish.
