Ingredients

  • flour - 3 1/3 cups (800 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • yeast - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • water - 3 cups
  • eggs - 3
  • salt - 2 pinches

Preparation

Knead a dough from the flour, butter, yeast, salt, water and 2 eggs. Leave it for 3 hours in a warm area.

Shape scones from it by cutting out triangles and rolling them up. Smear them with beaten egg and bake at 356°F (180 °C). Serve warm or cooled.find similar recipes here
