Peel the potatoes and zucchini and cut them into medium coarse cubes.

Clean 1 bunch of leeks, 1 old onion head, chop them finely. Dice the carrot, clean the peppers and cut them into strips.

Heat oil in a pot and braise the leeks and onions for 1 min. Add the potatoes and zucchini to braise as well. Add in the finely chopped red tomato, paprika and pour in water to cover the products.

Season with salt, black pepper, savory and leave to boil for 10 min. on moderate heat. Add the 2 kinds of chopped peppers and carrot, cook until the veggies are ready.

Once ready, dilute the flour with a little water to sludge and pour it into the dish, while stirring carefully.

Turn the stove off and leave to simmer for another 3-4 min.
