Ingredients

  • sour cream - 1 cup (250 ml.)
  • lemons - 1
  • white wine - dry 1/5 cup (70 ml.)
  • eggs - 2
  • sugar

Preparation

Mix the finely grated lemon peel with the sour cream, while beating well.

Add lemon juice and wine, sweeten to taste.

Beat the egg whites to snow, then add them to the cream.
