Ingredients

  • eggs - 5, hard - boiled + 1 beaten
  • flour - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley

How to make

Mix the mince with the spices, add the finely chopped onions and parsley. Divide the mixture into 5 parts.

Flatten each one with your hands and shape it like a small pita, then place 1 boiled egg in the middle. Then form it into a ball, with the egg in the middle.

First roll in flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Arrange the balls in an oiled tray and bake until ready.

Serve with fresh salad.
