Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • cocoa - 2 tablespoons
  • glaze
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • cocoa - 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Beat the eggs with the sugar. To them add the yoghurt with the baking soda and oil. Finally add the flour, cocoa and baking powder.

Lay out a 15″ (38 cm) x 9 3/4″ (25 cm) tray with baking paper. Pour the mixture in it and bake at 356°F (180 °C) about 35-40 min.

In the meantime, put the products for the glaze in a pot on the stove. Boil about 5 min.

Take the brownie out and leave it to cool slightly. Poke holes in it with a skewer and pour on the glaze.find similar recipes here
