  • potatoes - 6 (large)
  • eggs - 3
  • feta cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • dill
  • butter - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • onions - 1 head

How to make

Boil the potatoes in salted water without peeling them.

In a bowl, stir together the mashed feta cheese, eggs, grated cheese and dill.

Peel the boiled potatoes, cut them off at one end so you can put them upright and carve out their insides from the other. In each potato, put 1 tbsp butter, fill them with mixture and put butter again on top.

Arrange them in a tray laid out with baking paper and cover them with foil. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven about 30 min., remove the foil briefly at the end.

Braise the chopped onion in heated oil. Mash the insides of the potatoes and add them to the onion. Braise 10 min., while stirring periodically. Add paprika, salt and stir. After a second, remove from the heat.
