Ingredients

  • cauliflowers - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • processed cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • cheese - 18 oz (500 g)
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt
  • oil
  • parsley
  • for the béchamel
  • flour - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 2
  • yogurt - 3 tbsp
  • water - 4 1/5 cups (1 l) of warm
  • salt
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 g)

Preparation

Blanch the cauliflower for 2-3 minutes, then place in the oven dish, pour on the prepared bechamel sauce, pour on the processed cheese, black pepper and grated cheese.

Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for about 30 minutes.
