How to make

Clean and wash the mushrooms. Cut off their stems.

Sauté the mushroom caps (whole) in butter, remove and arrange on a serving plate.

Sauté the chopped stalks in butter, then mix with the potato puree, chopped pickle and season with salt and pepper. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture.

Sprinkle the top with finely chopped parsley.
