Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4, boiled
  • cucumbers - 1
  • eggs - 2 hard - boiled
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • beetroots - 1 head, roasted
  • dill - 1/2 bunch
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch

  • black pepper - ground
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)

  • carbonated water
  • mayonnaise - 2 - 2 tbsp

How to make

Chop the green onions, parsley and dill finely, then add salt.
