  • green beans - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • okra - 1 1/5 cups (300 g) optional
  • garlic - 1 head
  • celery - 1 bunch
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
  • savory - 1 tablespoon
  • marjoram - 1 tsp or oregano
  • bay leaf - 2
  • black pepper - 1 tsp, ground

How to make

Debone the pork shank, cut the meat into bites.

Clean the green beans, chop the pods in 2.

Dice the eggplants and potatoes into coarse cubes.

Chop the peppers and onions coarsely, the carrots into round slices.
