Ingredients

  • sausages - 6
  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • cream - 1 cup sour + 4/5 cup (200 ml) cooking cream
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • oregano - 1 tsp dried

How to make

Roast the sausages briefly on high heat, until grill lines form. Peel and cut the potatoes. Put them in an oiled tray.

Mix the two types of cream with all the spices and a little oil. Pour the sauce over the potatoes and mix. On them, place the sausages.

Cover with tin foil and put the dish in to bake for 30-40 minutes in a moderately heated oven. Serve the sausages with potatoes and cream with a side of steamed vegetables.
