  • leeks - 3 - 4 sprigs
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • chicken broth - 1 cup
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
