Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 17.5 oz (500g)
  • sour cream - 1 cup
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • lemons - 1
  • honey - 2 tbsp
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Cut the chicken fillets and soak them in a cold marinade of honey, wine, lemon, and a little oil and black pepper. Leave them to marinate for about 12 hours, or so. Fry or grill.

Make a sauce from the fried mushrooms. In the same pan, add the sour cream and let it bubble, season with a little black pepper and salt.

Serve the fillets on a plate with the sauce. For garnish, you can use canned baby corn.find similar recipes here
