  • ducks - 1.
  • apples - 7.
  • oil - 3.5 fl oz (100 ml)
  • cream - 2 tbsp
  • salt


Washed apples are cut into quarters. Rid them of their core and stuff them in the duck.

The holes are stitched with strong string, add salt and smear the duck with cream, then put in a greased with butter baking dish.

Once finished, cut the thread cut the duck into portions, each topped with baked apples.
