Ingredients

  • beef - 14 oz (400 g)
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • carrots - 11 oz (300 g)
  • leeks - 3 stalks
  • corn - 1 cup, sweet
  • peas - 1 cup
  • stock - 1, vegetable
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Cut the beef and fry it in a pan that you've covered with oil. Take it off the heat and in the same pan, put in the carrots to fry.

Remove them and put the chopped leeks in to fry. Return the beef and carrots to the pan and add the corn and peas, which you've boiled ahead of time.

Season with spices and sprinkle with a little vegetable stock.
