Ingredients

  • puff pastry – 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp

Preparation

Heat the oven to 338°F (170 °C). The dough is sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Depending on your taste, you can increase or decrease the amount of sugar.

The dough is rolled up from the long side to the middle of the sheet, do the same with the other half.

Cut it into slices with a thickness of 0.5 cm, organized in a baking dish in which baking paper is placed. Bake until browned.
