Ingredients

  • soya milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • salt - 1/3 tsp
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • citric acid - 1 pinch
  • baking soda - 1/3 tsp

Preparation

Mix and beat the milk with the flour well and add the oil, salt, sugar, citric acid and baking soda.

Beat the mixture again and allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes. Make a very runny mixture, then add more flour, enough to get a standard density for a pancake dough.

Heat a few drops of oil in a Teflon pan and put in a scoop of the mixture. Fry the Vegan pancakes as you would any other pancakes - on both sides. Garnish with a filling of your choice.find similar recipes here
